Order Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During periods of high demand (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Estimated delivery times: 
  • Canada: 3–8 business days 
  • United States: 5–10 business days 
  • International: 7–15 business days 
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Carriers - We ship using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted shipping partners, depending on your location and selected shipping method. 

Order Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes - For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Impeccable Wear is not responsible for delay caused by customs.
